LODGE A COMPLAINT

Use this form if you have a complaint to make about someone, either another manager of Executive Board member. Once a complaint has been made an investigation will be carried out. If you abuse this form then you will also face punishment for wasting our time. 

NOTE: This complaint form is a serious form, E.g. the manager is being out of order for real and not within the leagues boundaries. Examples would be cloning, harassing, hacking etc...
